Join us for a time of reflection, discussion, and practice around the issue of Anxiety and the Christian Spiritual Life as seen through the lens of the Scriptures & and the theological tradition of the Church.

We will gather as a (virtual) community for

  • An exploration of the terms: anxiety, panic, etc.
  • A look at Jesus’ experience of, and teaching on, anxiety
  • A chance to learn and practice both ancient and contemporary Catholic tools for managing anxiety

Craig W. Giandomenico is Assistant Professor of Theology and Religious Studies at Rosemont College.
