Come Refill Your Cup!
Margie Winters and Rasheeda Hastings
July 19, 2025
“The ordinariness of the cup can remind us that our personal transformations
occur in the common crevices of each day.” Joyce Rupp
Cups are ordinary vessels we use each day. Some are bright and cheery, others are worn yet warm. We pour in and empty out our cups. We hold them close to warm and sooth us. Our lives are much like cups in that we, too, can be filled to the brim or emptied to the bottom. Like cups, we can also be well-worn, wounded or stained.
On this day, you will spend time with other women, reflecting on the cup of your life and refilling it by:
- Growing in awareness of your own wisdom
- Connecting deeply with yourself and others
- Sharing your hopes and dreams for yourself and your community
- Participating in creative practices such as journaling, art, meditation, engagement with nature, etc.
This program is offered free of charge. Lunch will be provided.
We’re excited to offer a gift card as a special incentive to participants who attend!
Limited transportation assistance is available if needed. Contact programs@cranaleith.org .
