Greek Feast: A Celebration of Light and Blessing
Nate Bayletts
January 10, 2026
Gather with Cranaleith’s own Chef Nate Baylettes for an afternoon Greek feast that brings together rich flavors, deep symbolism, and the joyful spirit of Theophany—one of the great feasts of the Christian East. As we remember Christ’s revelation at the River Jordan, we also embrace the invitation this new year offers: a fresh beginning, spiritual renewal, and the grace to walk an illuminated path.
Enjoy a beautifully prepared meal featuring Spanakopita, Lamb Pastitsada, Dolmades, and more—dishes that echo themes of renewal, illumination, and divine presence.
The afternoon will include:
-
A festive Greek feast inspired by Theophany traditions
-
A brief reflection on the feast’s meaning and its connection to light, water, and new beginnings
-
Time for community, conversation, and celebration
Come savor an afternoon of fellowship, food, and blessing as together we welcome the light that renews and restores all things.
