- Growing in awareness of your wisdom
- Learning, practicing and deepening your experience with contemplative practices such as meditation, yoga, walking practices, sound bathing, etc.
- Deepening awareness of the sacred
- Cultivating inner stillness
- Exploring a variety of contemplative traditions
- Integrating Contemplation and action
- Nurturing compassion and presence

Women Promoting Transformation and Healing (WPTH) is a joint venture between Cranaleith Spiritual Center and Women Empowered. It is supported by Just Listening and The Peace Center of Bucks County.
This program is funded by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) as part of a Violence Intervention and Prevention Grant award totaling approximately $115,0000 (annual award) and supported by an Office of the District Attorney of Philadelphia Forfeiture Fund Grant award totaling $25,000.
