Ariel Warmflash

Ariel (she/her) is the Director of Communications & Community Engagement at Cranaleith Spiritual Center. She is a facilitator, artist, and educator with more than 15 years of experience designing and holding space for workshops, retreats, and collaborative programs that help people turn ideas into shared experiences. As co-founder and Community Programs Director of the Inheritance Theater Project, they spent a decade building original, large-scale playmaking initiatives rooted in deep listening and collective storytelling. Her facilitation work has taken her all around the United States, as well as to India, Rwanda, Croatia and South Africa — including as an Arts Envoy with the U.S. Department of State — and through roles at institutions like Arena Stage and the Smithsonian Institution. Whatever the setting, Ari brings the same approach: deep listening, shared process, and a belief that everyone has a perspective worth hearing.
